Initial Exam Visit
One and a half hour exam by Naturopathic Doctor
and Certified Naturopathic
Health Practitioner Frances A.
Carns includes a full Health Assessment, pH Level Testing
(first morning urine, doesnt need to be a clean catch),
Blood Pressure
Screening and an initial Bioelectric Impedance Analysis (BIA)
Self-Hypnosis instruction, including a
personalized hypnosis tape to take home
with you
Practitioner will go over test results with
you, determine your health goals, and
establish your course of lifestyle therapy
Instructions
and advice about nutritional foods will be discussed, and a
dietary
plan that supports your goals will be provided
to take home with you
Follow-Up
Exam
Your one hour follow-up visit
with
Dr. Carns will be scheduled between 4 and 6
weeks after your initial exam to evaluate your results.
