Class Description

In all of our Self-defense classes we strive to meet the needs of our participants. The classes are developed to serve women for self-defense training.  They consist of practical, effective solutions to verbal and physical altercations.  Each class combines lectures, demonstration and physical practice of techniques learned.  After participants feel comfortable, they will have an opportunity to demonstrate on a “padded attacker” in a safe and supportive environment. One of the unique characteristics of our program is that as we progress through different classes, we will be delving deeper into the “anatomy of the perpetrator”. All classes are lead by women with a male “padded attacker”.  Upon request we can facilitate private groups with female only instruction. All you need to do is register and show up in comfortable clothing!
