If you are interested in exercising with a stability ball but
have been unsure of what to do, this class is for you! This is
an on-going class where a stability ball is used to
effectively develop balance and core strength.
You don't have to be an expert! Just come and enjoy the safe
and fun atmosphere. Marie DeRosa, Certified Personal Trainer
and Licensed Massage Therapist will personally meet with you prior
to class to explain the basics.
