Working,
raising a family, and maintaining a home is part of our way
of life. Just getting through the week can be exhausting.
Stress starts to build from the moment we wake up and
increases as we rush through the day. Our bodies constantly
react to all the daily stressors in a fight or flight
response known as acute stress. Often, there is nowhere to
direct these responses and then, over time, the stress
becomes chronic.
Chronic stress
can cause headaches, fatigue, poor concentration,
irritability, sadness, and weight gain.
In these two
sessions, you will enlarge your understanding of stress and
learn to de-stress with the following techniques:

STRESSORS
Understanding what and who causes the stress in our life and
determining when and where it happens is the first step.

THE SECRET
LANGUAGE OF FEELINGS
Understanding that all of your feelings are meaningful and
exist to help guide you.

RELAXATION
TECHNIQUES
Immediate ways to de-stress and more in-depth techniques to
manage your responses. You will learn about meditation,
prayer, connecting with your angels, self-hypnosis, and
other techniques and learn how to open yourself to using
these techniques.

IN-DEPTH
TECHNIQUES
The second week we continue with an overview of our first
session, talk about the challenges you experienced, and
continue teaching more in-depth relaxation techniques.
