This six week group weight loss program with Dr. Fran Carns will
guide you to making good choices every day that will help you
loose weight, enhance your overall health, and help prevent
disease. Dr. Carns will present you with all the tools you need to
make your weight loss a success.
This program includes nutritional counseling, hypnosis techniques,
and more. A 45-minute workout is also provided each session, and
is designed for all skill levels. Beginners and those challenged
by exercise are welcomed and encouraged to participate – no prior
experience is necessary. Pre-program and post-program BIA testing,
a primary tool used in a natural health and nutrition assessment
are also provided to show you the changes in your overall health
that result from your weight loss achievements through this
program.
Join with a friend or family member, or on your own. This program
is specifically designed as a group program for those with common
goals to support each other. If a group setting is not for you,
