• Class Registrations
  Online Class Registrations require your name, postal address,  and payment information to process your credit card payment, and your email address and phone number in case we need to contact you about your registration or changes in class schedules.
   

• Appointment Booking Requests
  Online Appointment Booking Requests require your name, type of service requested, and your client status to communicate your request to the appropriate provider and an email address, contact phone, and the best time to reach you to provide your practitioner with a means to contact you about your requested service.
   

• Mailing List Subscriptions
  Mailing List Subscriptions require your name, a valid email address, and your postal address be provided in order for us to provide you with requested electronic and / or postal announcements.
